Over 600 in Attendance for Dr. Meek's Dental Implant Course

I can't believe I get to share this! Last week I made a presentation to a group of over 600 dental professionals in Des Moines Iowa. I was keynote speaker for a full day program put on by a fantastic oral surgery practice headed up by Dr. Scott Johnson. I spent two hours with this group talking about my most favorite things…Dental implants!  We talked about restorative complications, applications in general practice, digital collaboration, and clinical case selection. What a honor to be asked to inform this group in Iowa!

This is one of the coolest public appearances of my 200+ presentations since 2015.  I’d like to say that I never get anxious in front of a crowd, but this auditorium was ENORMOUS and a tad daunting.  Nonetheless, the show must go on and we had a great result.  I can’t wait to do the next big stage appearance.

Meanwhile, I’m off to Corpus Christi this week to make a presentation to the Brazos Valley Dental Association.  Great group of doctors!  The following week I’m off to Ann Arbor, Michigan and then on to West Virginia the following week.  Teaching has become a passion and obsession!
